Vivenda De Ribandar By Vaastu

About the Project

Goa’s rich Portuguese architectural heritage is woven into the very fabric of Vivenda De Ribandar by Vaastu (RERA No: PRGO10242230). Inspired by one of Goa’s oldest and most culturally significant institutions—the Goa Institute of Management in Ribandar—this project seeks to revive the charm of classic Portuguese design. Located on the route to Old Goa, this architectural gem serves as a tribute to Goa’s timeless elegance.

With a perfect blend of affordability and comfort, Vivenda De Ribandar is designed to transform houses into warm, inviting homes. Experience the beauty of a forgotten style, reimagined for modern living.

About Ribandar

Ribandar is a very serene and beautiful village nestled between the main city of Panjim and Old Goa. The Rio De Ourem separates it from Panjim and forms a large marshy estuary along the Mandovi.

The name comes from Bandar port or the docks of Rayas meaning Kings, thus an abbreviation of the name Ribandar

Vivenda de Ribandar by Vaastu

The project that takes inspiration from the prominent Indo-Portuguese architecture that has shaped the identity of Goa’s homes.

The once Goa Medical College and now Goa Institute of Management is situated a few minutes away from our project, the building itself is a historical landmark, it has been standing firm on the banks of the Mandovi and has witnessed countless tides of change over the years. We too at Vaastu aspire to build homes of such quality and endurance that can stand the test of time and change.

Through this project, we hope to bring back the beauty of this forgotten style and highlight its appeal once again. Keeping in mind, we have ensured that this project is both affordable while also maximizing the comfort of those who will turn it from houses to homes.
