Just back from a work stint in North India after passing out of college I came across an ad by Vaastu in the Newspaper. I gave a call to Sunil who showed us the site and the plans. Based on our first meeting in Goa, he took a chance with me and offered a great price and staggered payment option. I shall remain ever grateful to Vaastu and Sunil for these terms as it allowed me to purchase and own my own flat (with customization) which in turn gave me the security to make other real estate purchases using this as collateral.
